Return & Refund

Overview

We focus on delivering quality products. Returns are only accepted in genuine cases where there is an issue with the product.


Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • The product is defective
  • You receive a different item than what you ordered

Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.


Return Request Process

To request a return, please share:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photo or video of the issue
  • Brief explanation of the problem

Our team will review your request before approving the return.


Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and checked:

  • Refund will be processed if the issue is valid
  • Refund will be sent to the original payment method

It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect after approval.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn products
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
  • Requests made after the allowed time period

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
